Terms And Conditions

1. The competition will run from May 5, 2023, 00:00 to July 9, 2023.
2. The entry cutoff time is 23:59 on July 9, 2023.
3. The final draw date for the competition is July 12, 2023.
4. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.
5. Betting ticket numbers can only be used during the promotion period, between May 6, 2023, 00:00 and July 9, 2023, 23:59.
6. To enter, customers must place a horse racing bet of R15 or more using their online betting account or place a bet of R15 or more at a Hollywoodbets branch. They must opt-in on the promotions page once for all bets to be included. For branch bets, customers need to dial 120465592ticketnumber#.
7. Each ticket number can only be entered once.
8. Every horse racing bet of R15 or more will count as an additional entry. There is no limit on the number of entries.
9. Single bets and multiple bets that include at least one leg on horse racing will be accepted. This includes all “Open Bets,” “Open Exotics,” “Fixed Odds” bets, and TabGold Tote bets taken with Hollywoodbets.
10. The prizes include 1 VW Golf GTI, a share of R250,000 cash, and 5 VIP experiences at the Hollywoodbets Durban July.
11. The VIP experience includes travel, accommodation, and an allowance for food, Uber, sundries, etc. Any additional expenses will be the winner’s responsibility.
12. The winner can bring a partner with them.
13. The R3000 allowance will be credited to the winner’s Hollywoodbets account, which can be withdrawn. The partner will not receive an allowance.
14. Once local travel dates are confirmed with a winner, they are final, and no changes will be made.
15. The travel prizes must be used as intended and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. The share of R250,000 cash prize will be paid into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account. If the winner doesn’t have an account, they must open one.
17. Hollywoodbets is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance, services, or liabilities related to the car prize.
18. The vehicle will be branded with Hollywoodbets branding for 6 months.
19. The winner must allow a reasonable time period for the car to be ordered, registered, and licensed in their name. They must provide all necessary information and original documentation, including an Identity Document and a valid driver’s license.
20. Prizes are non-transferable.
21. Hollywoodbets will not insure the car.
22. The car will be handed over to the winner with a full tank of petrol.
23. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any faults, damages, or injuries related to the prize and competition.
24. Hollywoodbets will cover the cost of flat-bedding the vehicles to major centers in South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Port Elizabeth), where the winner will collect the prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
25. Participants can only win once during the competition. Winners of cash prizes are not eligible to win the VW Golf GTI or additional cash prizes.
