Shopping with eBucks in-store is easy. Simply swipe your eBucks card at the checkout, input your 4-digit eBucks PIN, and pay the balance using your bank card. Your eBucks account will be automatically debited.

When shopping online, after adding items to your cart, choose ‘Pay with eBucks’ as your payment method. To complete the payment process, you’ll need your ID number and 4-digit eBucks PIN. If you’re using both eBucks and your FNB or RMB Private Bank card for an online purchase, you’ll follow one of two processes, depending on the partner. Some partners allow you to complete the entire process on their website, while others redirect you to the eBucks website for payment.
